TERMS OF USE

Terms governing your use of this website

Aice Limited (Company No. 14726496) trading as GoZtartUp. Last updated 25 June 2026.

These Terms apply when you use the GoZtartUp website at mygoztartup.com or any related domain operated by Aice Limited. By using the website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Important distinction: these Terms govern your use of the public website and the eligibility application funnel. They are not the GoZtartUp Service Agreement. If you become a client, you will be provided with a separate Service Agreement that sets out the full terms of our regulatory build service. The Service Agreement is the contract that governs the £6,900 service and your rights and obligations under it.

1. About us

GoZtartUp is the trading name of Aice Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14726496), with its registered office at 335 Manchester Road East, Little Hulton, Manchester M38 9AR.

We help healthcare and childcare professionals in the UK prepare and submit applications to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) or Ofsted within a structured 16-week delivery window. We are a business education and document preparation service. We are not a regulated healthcare provider, a childcare provider, a law firm, an immigration adviser, or a regulated financial services firm.

2. What this website does

The website allows you to:

  • Learn about our service
  • Complete a short eligibility application
  • Book a free eligibility call (if your application qualifies for the current cohort)
  • Read our policies (Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy, Terms, and your 14-day cancellation rights)
  • Contact us

The website is provided for general information and to facilitate a discussion about whether GoZtartUp is a fit for your situation. No purchase or contract is concluded by completing the eligibility application or booking the call. Any service agreement will be entered into separately, in writing, after a discovery call.

3. Eligibility to use this site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. By using the site, you confirm that you are.

4. Our limited role and important boundaries

We provide business education and document preparation. We do not:

  • Operate regulated healthcare or childcare services on your behalf
  • Guarantee regulatory approval, interview or inspection pass, contracts, revenue, or visa outcomes
  • Provide legal advice (we are not authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority)
  • Provide immigration advice (we are not registered with the OISC)
  • Provide financial, investment, or credit advice (we are not authorised by the FCA)
  • Broker regulated credit or arrange consumer credit
  • Sell or facilitate Certificates of Sponsorship
  • Assess your creditworthiness

Regulatory approval by CQC or Ofsted is at the sole discretion of those regulators. We support you to prepare a regulator-ready application. We do not control the regulator's decision.

5. Accuracy of information on this website

We try to ensure that information on this site is accurate at the time of publication. However:

  • Information may change over time as regulation and practice change
  • We do not guarantee that everything on the site is current or complete
  • You should not rely on website content alone for decisions about your business
  • We are not liable for errors or omissions, except where required by law

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, images, logos, and code, is owned by Aice Limited or used with permission. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, or otherwise use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that breaches any applicable law
  • Use the site fraudulently or with any unlawful or fraudulent intent
  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through any form
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

  • Use the site to send unsolicited promotional or commercial messages

8. Links to other websites

Our website may link to third-party websites (such as our payment provider Stripe, the ICO, or other regulators). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Linking is for your convenience only and does not imply endorsement.

9. Privacy and data

How we handle your personal data when you use this website is explained in our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law

Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the website "as is" with no warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement
  • We will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or data
  • Our total liability arising from your use of the website is limited to £100 in any 12-month period

Where you become a client and we enter into a Service Agreement, that Agreement sets out the relevant liability terms for the service itself, which take precedence over these website Terms for matters relating to the service.

11. Consumer rights

If you use the website as a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 may give you rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects those statutory rights.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were most recently changed. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for a reasonable period.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with your use of the website, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
