Registered Manager structure, evidence compilation, internal readiness checks, three-way call with vetted accountant, weekly accountant coordination through to submission, staff management system setup and training.
Application completion, internal QC, submission to CQC or Ofsted, regulator liaison, five full mock interviews, confidence call the day before the interview, and post-interview debrief.
Timeline is typical and depends on you supplying documents on time. Phases overlap. CQC and Ofsted set their own processing time separately, which is outside our 16-week build window.
If your application is rejected before interview or inspection due to a documentation error caused by GoZtartUp, we rework the documentation at no additional cost and resubmit. If the same documentation is rejected for the same reason again at the same stage, we refund 50% of the service fee. You keep full ownership of everything built for you.
This guarantee covers documentation errors caused by GoZtartUp. It does not cover rejection due to premises, financial viability, personal suitability, criminal-records checks, or interview and inspection performance, which are outside our scope. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect your right to cancel within 14 days of the contract.
